Particularly, they are bound in such a way that each colour plate can be fully opened, there is no centre fold trapped in the spine beyond view. 134pp and 16 double page full colour plates, though the plates seem to take up half the book! There is some shelf-rubbing and fraying of the spine ends, but the bottom spine has been neatly repaired and re-inforced with matching cloth to make it strong once more.
